Does this use AI to generate the chords?
No. This is a rule-based music theory generator — it applies common chord progressions (I-V-vi-IV, ii-V-I, etc.) and scale structures deterministically. Each click produces a variation by randomly selecting from a curated set of progressions for the chosen style.
How do I use the downloaded MIDI file?
Drag the .mid file into any DAW — FL Studio, Ableton Live, GarageBand, Logic Pro, etc. Select your own instrument or VST plugin on the MIDI track to give it any sound you like.
Can I use the generated MIDI in commercial projects?
Yes. The generated MIDI data is yours to use freely in any project, commercial or otherwise. There are no copyright restrictions on the output.
